(1) Bowie sussurra qualcosa alla fine della canzone. Nel tour del 1978 si poteva chiaramente intendere come "Brings so much pain", sebbene altri abbiano suggerito che nella versione dell' album sia "Feeling so gay, feeling gay".

(2) Il termine gay in inglese significa sia omosessuale che felice.
